Power Supply Fan Regulator

Since the power supply fan is the most prominent noise source, special care has to be taken here.
The speed regulator has two different supply paths; for temperatures below 30° the fan operates on 5 Volts; just enough to keep it going and supply a minimum of air.
Above 30° a linear regulator kicks in to increase the air flow for higher loads.
