Members of DBARS maintain and operate the Emergency Operations Center for the City of Diamond Bar. The XX ft. trailer has radio facilities for  the 160m-75cm ham bands as well as links to the Walnut Sheriffs and Fire departments.

The EOC sports a crank up tower for a tri-band HF antenna. VHF and UHF antennae are permanently mounted.

AC power for the EOC can come from commercial mains or from an onboard propane powered generator. 12V DC batteries are continuously charged from either the generator or from solar panels mounted on the roof of the EOC.

DBARS members would operate the EOC in case of city wide emergencies.
