Amateur Radio guest licenses in Germany

Many requests have been for information how to get a guest license in Germany. The DARC e.V. had the information but not as a file and so I requested from them (via Telephone, as the one and only email-Operator was on vacation, hi) for you all the english version and the german too. There should be a chance for free-of-charge short-term license also. The document was scanned and stored also as a WW6-document.
