The first thing you need is a copy of the program EMVUCALC V.2.0
Download the following to a temp folder.

Aktuelle INI-Datei(Deutschland,DL)
Runtimemodul fuer die EMVUCALC.EXE
These are all zip files. Extract to a folder you name for this program.
The antenna calculation page gives a descripition on how to use the program.
