Here is some general information over the radio amateur station, its owner and operator. Generally I work SSB HF on 3.5 y 7 Mhz, and CW on all the bands between
3,5 and 28 MHz, WBFM y Packet on 144 MHz. My BBS is CX2ACB.

CX 4 DAL is owned and operated by Raul González Roglia, 67 years old, a radio
amateur since 1952, and who has a First Class Operator Certificate.
He has before owned the calls: CX1GX, CX2GR, CX6CB, CX3DN y CX4ZDAL
Now the station lies in Uruguay, Canelones Dept., Las Piedras city, (roughly 21 kms.
north from Montevideo).
