(Portuguese Reserves and Natural Parks Award)

CTFF is a new permanent award, responsibility of the ADXG – Algarve DX Group with support of the RCL – Radioamador Clube de Loulé. It is to all amateur radios and SWL proving made contact with at least 10 amateur radio stations, installed in different territories of National Parks, Nature Parks and Nature Reserves of Portugal recognized by ICN – Portuguese Institute for Conservation of Nature and Biodiversity.

This national award follows the international award “WFF – World Flora Fauna” http://wff.qrz.ru and has the support of its responsible ones.

 

 Rules:

All HF Bands, 50 MHz and 144 MHz are valid.

Modes: CW, PHONE and DIG (RTTY, PSK31,…). However the QSO made through any type of repeaters will not be considered.

All contact made from 01 July 2008 are valid and must appear on QSL card number and name of Park or Reserve. The numbers are attributed by sequential order of the responsibility of the award promoter.

It is not necessary delivery of QSL cards at the award request, provided that the activation has been validated previously. However any HAM must be have these QSLs in case any of them can be claimed by the “Award manager”.

 Award Order:

Minimum of 10 confirmed references. Can be requested stamps for 15, 20 and 23 (Total).

Send us your log with QSOs information. It can be printed on web site of ADXG,  www.qsl.net/ct7a . The request can be made by email to [email protected] . It will be possible use Paypal payment.

Before any request, ask information by email.

The award cost is 5€ to Portugal and Spain, 7,5€ for European Countries and 10€ for all others (postage included).

Operators who active minimum number references required for obtaining award, will be attributed award with no cost (GRATIS).

 

 Activities:

To all who activate a reference they will be given this reference, but need work 100 station for the activation de considered valid.

Activation must be inside the physical limit of the Park.

They should be sent copies of any licence, pictures or videos with stations and operators. Please send any Picture that proves the location.

One “Team Photo” is required to be published on web site.

All valid operations will be listed on web site and if possible all logs will be on-line.

Send us always information about your operation. We need it. Remember no card needed for award request!

 Same alteration of this regulation will be published on the web site. The missing cases will be discussed by ADXG.
