CQ1MS Meteor Scatter DX'pedition
Perseids Shower, Montargil, August 1999

In July 1999 the ARUA's VUSHF team (Aveiro University Amateur Radio Association) organized a DX'pedition in Montargil, Grid Locator IM69AA, to activate a special METEOR SCATTER station during the Perseids Shower. The team was composed by 8 active and experienced ham operators and they've contacted many european countries during an entire weekend.
