History
For those who don't know of George; he, Bob--K6GCN, Tony--WA6DCJ, Dick--WA6KXK & Me--WA6EQU (that's my real name: Me) along with many of the early folks, started putting together this radio system around 1976 / 77. The main system was at K6GCN's QTH in Mar Vista, followed shortly by Saddle Peak. George discovered girls, got married and moved to San Jose several years ago. For the past two years now he and Jim--WB9GVF have been busy forming the new Sierra Radio Association, gathering new members and equipment. This new system in the Bay Area is intended to link back down home to So. Cal, and it's almost finished.
