Candidates are asked to bring the following items to the test sessions:

Two Forms of Identification
Originals and copies of any current FCC Amateur Radio License
and/or
current Certificates of Successful Completion of Examination (CSCE)
No.2 pencils and/or pens
Non-Programmable calculators

NCVEC 605 Forms are available at the site.

Cost for an exam session is $12.00 per setting
(Re-testing of failed elements are an additional $12.00/element)

No appointment is necessary to attend, except for those applicants who require special assistance.
