Minutes From the February Meeting
Meeting opened at 7 PM by our NEW President. Minutes were read
Introductions were made all around. One visitor John Smith, said
he is working on getting his ticket.
Old Business
Jim, WY0B is keeping up the CMRA web page. John, N0EG is working on The ARES applications and also on his EC.
New Business.
A good discussion on the Hamfest/Mo. Section meeting combo
approx. Aug. 19th. More details next month. Also Hickman High
School is working on a "space program" and is wanting
Hams to make contact on 2 meters. A.J. KC0DWW gave the info on
this. The contacts will need to be made the wee of 20 Thur 26 of
February. Please try to be available during the day. They are
simulating the space capsule.

Each Monday evening (except the second) join with the members
at the club station on Worley.
Each Wednesday is Club Net at 9:00 p.m. If you're interested or
willing to volunteer for Net Control or if you have questions
contact WM0H, Dewey.
14th Club Meeting at Boone Electric's conference room.
18th Club breakfast at the Cracker Barrel. Time 8: a.m.
WOW! The response to the restructuring of the
ham test sure has been good. Now is the time to test if you are
inclined to do so. Remember, all written test must be taken in
order. Look forward to the new privileges. All the new tests at
now on the ARRL web site. Upgrade and have fun. We also
need more VE's so make Extra Class, HI.

The National Conference of Volunteer Examiner Coordinators
Question Pool Committee has released revised Amateur Radio
examination question pools into the public domain. The revised
questions, covering the new Elements 2, 3 and 4 that become
effective April 15, 2000, now are available on the ARRL web site
at

This past month we have a Tech Plus one Advanced with Extra
written credit three more with Extra written credit which I think
will wait until after April 15th and one that passed
her 5wpm code This next club meeting appears to be looking like
there will be several more taking test looking to upgrade with
the restructuring in place. I am hoping we can get several more
club members from these fine folks. Have a great evening.
