Membership is open to all individuals interested in the hobby of amateur radio with or without an FCC radio license.

Parents permission is needed on those under 18 years of age.

Our meetings are open to the public and are held at 7:00 pm the third Thursday of each month at the Madison County Joint Operation Center, S. Keeneland Dr., Richmond, KY. The Joint Operation Center is behind the Madison County Emergency Operations Center. (At the base of the 400 ft antenna tower.)
