The Six Sets of Ship Seals

Collect basic membership numbers (CBC#) at 2 points
per contact for local contacts and 3 points per contact
for DX contacts.  Each seal requires 250 points, or 
1000 points for each complete set of four. You may work
CBC members once a day starting at 0000Z. Continue
collecting Ship Seals until all six sets of four seals are
collected.
The six sets of seals are: Schooner, Steamships, Bugeyes,
Skipjacks, Log Canoes, and Bay Built. 
Send an SASE and proof of current 10-10 membership
to the Chapter Head to receive each set of four seals.

Special Quarterly Upgrade Seals

OYSTER                 (JAN-FEB-MARCH)
ROCKFISH               (APR-MAY-JUN)
BLUE CRAB              (JUL-AUG-SEP)
MALLARD DUCK           (OCT-NOV-DEC)

Upgrades collected increase your points per contact
for the period of each Quarterly Special. For example,
if you earn your Schooner Group in February, for the
rest of the Oyster quarter, you will add one additional
point per contact for both local and DX. Your points
per contact return to normal when we move into the
Rockfish quarter. Upgrade in the Rockfish quarter,
and gain a point per contact during this quarter, just
as in the previous quarter.
