Welcome to the South Hampton Roads SKYWARN Net. This is a directed net serving the National Weather Service at Wakefield, Virginia and covering South Hampton Roads, including the cities of Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach.

This Net meets weekly on Fridays at 1900 on this W4CAR repeater with a PL tone
of 162.2 for the purpose of training in SKYWARN weather reporting and SKYWARN Net procedures.
