Sun April 29 March of Dimes walk, - We had a good turn out on Sunday
with about 10 people helping with communications: Clint/W3ARS,
Wayne/N3UN, Jeannine/KB3CAW, Bill/W3XLY, Curt, Chuck/N3TOT,
Larry/WX3F, Tom/KB3EMN, Mike/N3VOP, Mike/N3KLZ, and Phil/KE3FL.
Thanks all!
There were two "problems" one was that the MOD people did
not send staff to man the rest stops and I have assurances from
Jessica that that will not happen again next year, and the
second was that we had some protesters bothering some of the walkers.

MS Walk in Westminter, April 21, 2001
MS Walk:
We had a good day for a walk event. The temperature was in the
low 70's with clouds. We had eight people show up to help
including the grounds keeper who also ended up being a ham. Got
to get him to join the club!
The folks that showed up were: Joe/KB3EKP the grounds keeper,
Allan/N3PPO, Wayne/N3UN, Jeannine/KB3CAW, Clint/W3ARS,
Glenn/W1GMB, Tom/KB3EMN, and Phil/KE3FL.
Tom was Sag1, Clint was Sag2, Allan was at Rest1, and Jeannine was at
Rest2. The sag wagons as well as Wayne, and Glenn stayed at different
locations unless needed. KE3FL was at net control, we sure need at
least two people there! We only had one small cut and the person
requested a band-aid but then left before it arrived.
