Lois, KA9IOS, is now less enthusiastic about the club incorporating after further researching the possibility.  It would be required that we be both Federally & State incorporated.  Federal cost could be $500, attorney’s fees may be more expensive than first thought, but the club could still be open to discussion.(?)

Discussion of what was required for the club to be ARRL affiliate.  Marion will continue to research this.  There is question if the ARRL still requires that 50% of the club’s members be individual members.

David Dye, KB9RBC, is designing new membership cards for the club.

Discussion of setting a budget for the club’s annual income and expenses.

He read a letter from William Hawes, W9ERG, from Skokie, IL.
