Tone squelch has been obtained but not installed yet, tone will be 100.0 output only.

Hamfest setup 1:00 pm friday-KB9JQG will provive refreshments for those who come.
Donations needed--pies, brownies,  pizza slices suggested.
Doorprize will be  -Kenwood THG71A dual band handheld.
Motion made and approved to buy radio.
Motion approved to run newspaper ad similar to last year advertising hamfest.
Can we come up with a "statement" for the public?
Dave Lynch volunteered to take info to radio stations for possible broadcast.
Need to reinforce community service aspect of  amateur radio.
Send info to shcools, Don Griffin II volunteered.
Local businesses, Marion    Radio Shack,  H.A. Williams

Watched first ARRL video, Friends for Life
Red Cross van will be auctioned, club decided not to try to purchase it.
