The CARC Project uses a database that can be updated with a
free download from the FCC.
These files do not include the database. You will need
to download
http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls/data/complete/l_amat.zip
(It's large--typically 60 to 70 megabytes.)
Follow instructions in the Help File to Install the downloaded database.
Version 1.2.3 released 11/11/2007 fixes a problem reading past a bad record contained in the FCC download.
