Ham Radio - An Elmer's Guide is a pretty good review of information needed to pass the Technician exam. It is slightly out of date because it still says that Morse Code is needed for the General and Extra licenses and in Lesson 2 lists the old Novice CW bands. There are now only 3 exams, Technician, General, Extra and code is not required for any.
