    BI7W team power down at 1998/08/24 0210UTC.
1998/08/22Update NO.4
    BI7W team have landed the Wei-Zhou island favourably
on 21/08/98 morning. Up to now, We have set up 2 stations.
One for the SSB and the other is work on CW work. The 80
meter band antenna have not completed yet.                   
    Because the electric power service on the island is not normally
work. There is only UTC1130-UTC1800 when we have
the electric power service. We only depended the generator which
we carryed to the island.                        
    In despite of so, the good news still came. We get the
IOTA AS-139 for the Wei-Zhou island via G3KMA Roger validated.
1998/08/20Update NO.3
The BI7W Team have arrived in Bei-Hai city.
They will land the island on tomorrow morning.
We will work on 80,40,20,15,10 Meter Band after tomorrow 0500UTC.

BI7W team will be start at deep night of Aug 19.

 =======LOWBAND QSO OPPORTUNITY WITH CHINA=========
The following operation of BI7W on 21th to 24th this
month will special work on the 80m and 40m band. We hope
to QSO with all of the Lowband hunters.
   The frequency we will work is
         3.525MHZ CW Mode; 3.800MHZ LSB Mode,
         7.025MHZ CW Mode; 7.055MHZ LSB Mode*
 
*Sometime will listening above 7.125MHZ for some America
stations.

RIG:FT-1000D+AMP,40-2CD,80Meter band dipole.
 
In despite of there is the hard works ,But we must try!
