BD1CAL is my rise 2 classes call,BG1CAL is my old call...
in china,there are five classes for hams, (BA、1 classes) (BD、2 classes) (BG、3、4 classes),
for the beginner,it is the SWL,who is issueed the grade 5 license.
the ones who hold grade 2 license are allowed to work every bands for ham.
the club stations are issued (BY) prefix.
