The Rules (as I understand them so far)

The MESH network is operated on amateur radio bands and therefore you must hold a valid amateur radio license to make use of the network.  All rules under your FCC license apply.  The MESH cannot be used to transfer any material that would be considered obscene, or would violate any laws like copyright law.  You may not use the mesh for ANY commercial purpose.

Please be courteous and respect other users.  As an amateur radio service this network should be used for brief communications or to obtain or transmit emergency information.  'Hogging' a connection to download movies or surf porn is not appropriate use... just sayin'...

To be safe you may want to use 'whitelisting' rather than leave the entire internet open for access.  Amateur radio has rules, and one of them is 'no commercial activity'.  You may be violating FCC rules if users access web sites with even simple ad banners.  It is probably better to run your own web server and contain anything you need on it without any ads.
