 March 12th, 2008 Meeting Minutes

Dryden Fire Service Training Centre

Meeting was called to order by President Bryan, VA3BRY.

The minutes of the Feb 13, 2008 meeting were read.  The Ear Falls repeater will be a Node into the Vancouver Reflector.

M.S. Arnie, VA3NOL, Leo, VE3ASS the minutes of the Feb. 13 meeting be accepted as corrected.  Carried.

M.S. Bob, VA3GUN, Bob, VE3YDN, the financial report be accepted.  Carried.

Bob, VA3GUN updated the members on the Incorporation of the club.

Bob, VA3GUN reported on the Dog Sled Races.

M.S. _______________ to give Dick, VA3DIK, free membership in lieu of reimbursement for power consumption at his QTH for the VA3DIS repeater.  Carried.

Discussion on the Emergency Exercise in September.

M.S. Del, VE3DEL, Dick, VA3DIK, the meeting adjourn.  Carried.

The 50/50 Draw was won by VA3DIK.
