: Paul (KG8OU) reported that there has been a reduction with net activity with the advent of the improving weather.SPECIAL EVENTS
: The usual Avoca site has not been secured. The ownership of the property has changed. There was a discussion regarding alternate sites. Included in the list were; Silver Trails Boy Scout Camp, St Clair County Park, Lakeport State Park, Bakers Field, K of C Hall in Richmond. St Clair County Community College, and the Chippawa School area. Dennis (KB8OCG) is to report progress on the Silver Trails idea to Mark (N8EGJ). There are concerns about fencing to protect the area and contain the event. DISASTER REPORT: There were no local disasters to report, however there were tornado touchdowns in the Thumb as well as CanWarn nets in effect the week of May 7th.CLUB STATION

The information has been gathered regarding the repeater equipment to submit to the ARRL for the equipment insurance.Motion to Adjourn

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Boater’s World in Fort Gratiot is holding a Marine Safety Day on June 27th from 9am to 9pm. They will have demonstrations that will include First Aid and CPR.
The 147.300 repeater is in operation. We also have the service of the 147.320 and the 444.900 machines in operation in the community. Both machines have been known to occasionally use the 131.8 sub-audible tone.
The Friends of Marconi group meets every Friday at 11:30 am at My Place
