I am currently back working at Mikkelson Bay in Arctic Alaska. I have a 160m low power station set up at the camp facilities.The radio I use is a FT897D barefoot into a quarter wave sloper coming off a 200' communictations tower. I have been a licensed Amateur Radio operator since 1979 and Alaska has been my home for over 55 years. Former calls: WL7AJN, and KL7KJ.
