 Amateur Radio Licensing Exams

Introduction

Several times throughout the year, volunteer examiners offer amateur radio licensing examinations to prospective amateurs and those who wish to upgrade to a higher class license.  Volunteer Examiners (VE's) are accredited from one of several Volunteer Examiner Coordinators (VEC's).  The ARRL-VEC and W5YI-VEC are two of the largest VEC's in the United States.

The Oahu Civil Defense Agency VEC team will be holding an amateur radio licensing exam session on Saturday, September 17.  Contact Ray Moody, AH6LT, for more information.
