Winter was a special time of year for me; I was both fascinated and frightened by it. The JET Program afforded me my first (and hopefully last!) experience of living in a snowy climate. Because the Siberian weather was opposite of everything I had been used to up to that point, I spent a lot of time & film trying to capture its essence.
