A special "Thank you" to all the people who provided encouragement to me over the years throughout my career and hobby.
When I was in High School I lived in Hauula, Oahu, Territory of Hawaii.
Joe Drolet, a neighbor, converted my 5 tube AC/DC superhet radio to receive the 160-meter band.
This allowed me to listen in on the Johnston Island and other local nets.
That radio and my father's "Zenith Transoceanic" radio gave me the start in what was to became a career and hobby.
One of the people that deserves special mention is Mr. Jack Taylor (W7VCM now N7OO) in Arizona.
