I'm sure that you have noticed that this web site is very outdated in most respects.

Information for the membership is now being disseminated via email and mailing lists,

which is an OPSEC improvement over this open web site. Over time I will be

removing more outdated material, but for now all members are urged to contact their

respective MARS chain of command to be placed on appropriate mailing lists.
