Marty (NW0L) threw together another Pseudo DXPedition and I jumped at the chance to have fun in the snow. January 3rd - 6th in North Dakota for the ARRL RTTY Roundup. Operator/setup crew/moral support/friends included AE9B, K0LW, W0ZAP, NW0L. We rented a cottage on a lake in Hankinson, ND the South East corner of the state (found by KCDXC club member N0TT). We arrived, set up a dipole on 40M and made a few contacts in an extremely quiet location. Highlights included, Adolescent humor only guys on a trip like this can appreciate. K0LW setting a volume and duration record for snoring in North Dakota. Mount Marty Sign, Bag Balm, Stopping at Burkhardt's and of course RTTY contesting at an burning 80-100 Q's per hour rate Woooooo...
