The City of Harlingen Radio Club is open to any Class of licensed Amateur Radio Operator employed by the City of Harlingen. The Radio Club was established to provide Amateur Radio Communications for the State, Region, and City in the time of a natural or man made disaster. The Radio Station is located at the Emergency Operations Center in a Hardened Facility.
