We have all heard of the proverbial "Ham Shack" This is ours located in the little town of Boomer,North Carolina.
Just outside the town limits of Wilkesboro home of one of the first Nascar race tracks
not in use presently but still there on highway 421.
The operating station is a YAESU FT 900 running 90 watts into a Heathkit sb-200 running 400 watts
in to a Super loop 80 by Radio works up 55 feet. I enjoy 40 meters and 80 meters mostly SSb but can be found on Rtty and Cw.
I am an active member of Fists,The 3905 Century Club,and Ecars,Scars,and on Mid-cars and in the mornings
