For CW contest logging I use TRLog by N6TR.
For RTTY contesting use RCKRtty.
(Demo versions of TRlog and RCKRtty are on their web
sites)
Use Logconv
by KA5WSS to import and export files between
programs (ADIF format is the current standard for Amateur
Radio).

This simple OPTICALLY-ISOLATED
KEYING circuit
will help keep RFI out of your computer's serial (or
parallel)
port when using the PC to key the radio on CW.
I've tested it with LOGic-4 , TRLog , CT
, and LOG-EQF
software.
