If you live outside the U.S., you do NOT need to put postage on the return envelope. PLEASE DO NOT SEND IRC's. They are difficult to exchange, and usually are endorsed incorrectly which makes them worthless. With a return envelope I can also send an insert about charities to help people in Madagascar.
