Stopped by The PennYan airport and tried getting a glimpse of the beacon hiding within the perimiter, but that proved
frustrating from outside. The next morning I stopped in to one of the buildings leading ionto the airfield and spoke with
a group of older gentlemen and after a few odd looks they decided I was an "SWL" (close enough I guess) and  
harmless enough that they led me onto the field and was pointed in the right direction. A very robust signal from such
a humble shack.
