The California QSO Party
The CQP is one of my favorite contests.  During the 1998 CAQP along with the PA QSO Party the following weekend, the contest bug bit me!

I worked N6PL in the 1998 CQP.  This was my first contest experience.
Although I didn't turn in that log, the contest bug had bitten me!

The North American QSO Party
The NAQP Contest is one of my favorites.  Since your name is part of the exchange, this contest seems very friendly.  This is a great contest for picking up those last states for the WAS (Worked All States) Award.
