Welcome to my homepage. I live in Boulder, Colorado, and my QSL above shows the Flatiron Mountains just outside Boulder. I was first licensed in 1966 as WN4CIE, then WB4FRH in 1967. I let my license expire while I was in college and just recently got back into ham radio, first as KC0EGB and now as AB0IO. I like to work HF, both CW and SSB, and am fond of chasing DX.

My current station consists of an Icom IC-746 tranceiver, an Ameritron ALS-600 amplifier, a TenTec model 238 antenna tuner, and a roof-mounted Butternut HF9V vertical antenna with the counterpoise kit. I get pretty decent results with this setup and am very happy with it so far.

Hope to see you on the air soon! 73, Marv
