REPEATER FACTS:
The repeater is located on the MPLS/International Airport grounds.  It is NOT accessable to members of MARS as it is located in a secure area off limits to non employees.   It is a Motorola Micor running 100 Watts.
Input is 143.99 MHz
Output is 148.01 MHz
Tone 100hz
*Note you MUST be a MARS member or have prior authorization to operate on the repeater.   Non emergency Amateur operation is NOT allowed.

History:
The Army MARS repeater was actually suggested by members of the Navy Marine Corp program who asked if they might "borrow" the Army Repeater for some training they were doing.   Not having one to loan out a crash program was started to obtain, set up and run one for all members of MARS.  We hope that members of all services will keep it busy.

ALL MARS (U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy & Marine Corp) SERVICES ARE WELCOME TO USE THE ARMY MARS REPEATER.

Civil Air Patrol Members are also welcome to use the repeater.
