The AARUG Library by Post

Once you have registered then you can obtain PD programs from the AARUG list by post.

A small charge is made for use of the postal PD library to offset the running costs (especially replacing worn-out floppy drives in Bob's Amiga!)

Don't hesitate to send in useful utilities or other programs that you have which might be of interest to other AARUG members but remember they MUST be PD or Shareware.

Method 1.

Send floppy disks with sufficient return postage and a list of the programs you need to Bob G0LBQ at the address above. The cost is GBP 0.50 per disk or 3 disks for GBP 1.00

Please restrict yourself to a maximum of SIX disks per package.

These don't have to be blank or formatted.

We suggest that you enclose your disks in a self-addressed Jiffy Bag or similar and enclose the Jiffy Bag in an envelope addressed as above. This will save Bob time and help them to provide a better service. Please ensure that you affix sufficient stamps and-or IRCs to cover the postage both ways.

Method 2.

Because some members (especially non-UK) may find it difficult to send floppy disks AARUG PD can be obtained by purchasing disks from Bob. The price is 2 US Dollars or 2 IRCs per disk which also covers return airmail. Send money (not cheques) and a list of the programs you need to the address above.
