You might be a Redneck if you:
- buy a commercially made wire dipole antenna
- build a wire dipole yourself and proudly refer to it as "homebrew"
- insist on calling our hobby "ham" radio
- call a repeater's courtesy tone a "roger beep"
- use any 10 codes on the amateur bands
- say "73s," "seven-thirds," "them good numbers," or any other variations of "73"
- talk about "SWRs" or "swars"
- say "radidio"
- say "QSL" instead of "Roger"
- reference "shooting skip" on the amateur bands
- refer to all RF amplifiers as "linears" or "lin-yers"
- wonder what those funny beeps are on the repeater about every 10 minutes
- end each sentence with "there"
- use "personal" instead of "handle" or "name"
- refer to hearing "skip" on two meters (or above)
- use "cut" call signs
- refer to a fixed-station radio as a "base"
- call any amateur frequency a "channel"
- operate an uncoordinated repeater
- operate a repeater with reverse autopatch
- consider 440 MHz "the real" amateur band
- have a repeater that IDs with a different call sign each time
- place your amateur radio operator's license in jeopardy by operating non-FCC-type-accepted amateur radio equipment on frequencies outside the amateur bands (other than MARS or CAP frequencies) even if you know no one may ever find out
- violate Part 97.113 by sending messages using codes intended to obscure the meaning thereof
