Field Day 2011
Each year on the fourth full weekend in late June, amateur radio operators across the nation participate in Field Day -- a contest and an exercise to test their ability to operate their radio stations in the field under simulated emergency conditions.
A number of Hawaii amateur radio clubs participate in Field Day. This year, it is the weekend of June 25 and 26. If you know of any upcoming operations, please contact Ron Hashiro, AH6RH to get added to the listing.
