Training Messages:

The Basic Training Course training messages are now being included during the net sessions. The Net Manager, Willis AD4DX, has asked the Net Control Stations (NCS) at their option, to include one training message with the net session. This will give the net members and listeners experience is receiving net traffic and familiarize them with the Basic Training Course. Anyone interested in taking the Training Courses after net time, contact Willis--AD4DX the Net Manager, for details.

Preamble Changes:

Beginning July 8, 2009 the NCS will call for check-ins as soon as they have finished with the net Preamble. The NCS will no longer ask for a 4RN Representative during the net Preamble. If the net reports 4RN traffic, a 4RN Representative will be asked for at that time. When a 4RN Representative checks into the net, they should be excused as soon as possible as they have need to report into another net at 9:30 p.m. Thank you for bearing with us through these changes.
