The only merit badge that has "BSA" on it (in Morse code, of course!)

Radio Merit Badge

Workbooks for instructors and classes to help make this merit badge a little easier

By AA6J Bill Jeffrey
Assistant Scoutmaster and Merit Badge Counselor

These notes are designed to help the Scout earn a merit badge that sometimes can seem a bit difficult. They are not intended to replace the Radio Merit Badge book. You will still need to meet with a merit badge counselor.

Following are some materials prepared by James Alderman KF5WT and posted here by permission. He includes a number of hands-on experiments which would be great for a formal class such as at summer camp. These files are in Microsoft Word .doc format. (If you don't have Word, you can download a free viewer by going to www.microsoft.com and searching for "Word Viewer". They will also open in WordPad. You may have to save these files to your computer before viewing them.)
