WORK STUFF

What I do for a living, so that I can permitted to serve in the permitted in the Society and do the hobbies/interests in my time. An abbreviated CV (Resume) is here, just in case anyone interested.

 

CHURCH

Born into a family of ancestor worshippers & my conversion experience to Christianity was a quiet one in my early teen life influenced by another family. Going to Sunday Service at Basel Church, Kota Kinabalu and serve in the English Congregation Council.

 

THE BOYS’ BRIGADE

About my long standing service in this Ministry which I have been involved for past 34 years since my student’s life. Going through rank-&-file as a Boy, N.C.O.s then to Officer’s rank. I still serve as a BB Captain for past 25 years for the 2nd Kota Kinabalu Coy. In the Boys’ Brigade in Malaysia, I did serve as National Vice-President; Sabah District President and at present as Kota Kinabalu Battalion Council’s President since its inception in 1991. AMATEUR RADIO

A very interesting hobby, which promote international friendship, create interests in technical field and trying your skills on homebrew projects. Licensed to Ham since 1988. Was part of the DX team for 9MOC Layang-Layang 1998. Links to other amateur radio sites of interest (to me) plus SARS & ARRL.

 

SCHOOL

Although left School some 29 year`ago, I continue to serve in the Lok Yuk Alumni Association and a committee member of the Lok Yuk Primary School Board.
