I didn't know him but I know of the work the UNCR is doing there. And as someone who will be doing peacekeeping duty in Tuzla, Bosnia next October, I can empathsize. I salute his willingness to help resolve some of the pain and suffering in this world. I am so sorry that you have to experience it yourself at this time. He did NOT die in vain...his contribution remains in the hearts and minds of the people he assisted.
