I was born on january 22nd 1980 in Kragujevac and I am still leaving hear that makes me quiet happy. As for my occupation I am mechanical and traffic engineer. Perhaps, at those times it seemed to be very attractive but later I took the challenge of something that was more intimate to me instead of cold and uninteresting mechanic.

Radio, my love

At September 1995 my father informed me about an advertisement on radio amateur operator. Neveretheless I knew nothing about radio amateur I registred myself and I came on the very spot. Later I was not quiet enthusiastic with first impressions mainly becouse of people around me that where uninteresting. But the course itself offerd a lot of interesting thinks and that was crucial. During the time I became more and more familiar with radio amateur and after 6 months I passed for the class "C" at 27.03.1996. It is hard to describe my thrilling when for the first time I tried to make my CW radio connection with YU1AHW. I was wet... trembling and above all extraordinary happy. For a long time I remained at the CW band, almost two years neverthelees I have known for other ways of communication. It is that I was young and inexperienced and there was no one to help. During 1998 I started to use other techniqes like SSB, Pachet Radio etc...

At last I was 18 years old and it was January, as I remember when I got the key of the club. The club became my new residence: before and after the school I used to be there and there where some extra time to spend during the weekend days when I usualy was coming at 9 o'clock and remaining there till 1-2 o'clock after the midnight. It was so till September 1999. Meanwhile I passed for the class "B" (I CEPT). After some argue with clubs board at1999 I left the YU1EFG club. In the same time I finished my secundary school and I have proceeded my education at University of Mechanical Engineering. I reached to the second year and then I stoped, There was something more interesting for me and I was finelly conscious of that.

During the spring 2000 I became a member of Radio club "Kraljevo" YU1DKL and there I have found my new friends. A lot of gratitude for sincere help I owe specially to Boki YU1OJ for his understanding and help and to Aki 4N1MA, Sima 4N1SM, Braco YT1KB, Trifko YT1TBR, Raki, Slobo YU1XT, Vlado YT1BB... as to all others. At first time I was going at the radio club YU1DKL once weekly and later when I got a job more rarely. The distance didn't play any rola, usualy I was going by train to Kraljevo where the radio club was situated, mainely by night. Every night that I spend there passed in joining among radio amateurs and later the night was all my: the hunt could go on... Meanwhile in August 2001 I managed to get my own SW transceiver and I activated my own PPS. When I returned from the army there was a Meeting (ZBOR SRJ), September 27th 2002. where I passed in front of SRS-s commission for class "A" (I CEPT) together with my dear friend Marko 4N1JA.
