Welcome on 4F7RWW Homepage
I am class "A" Licensed HAM since many years and use my Cebu House as my Contest Station.
Previously to the 4F7RWW call I held in Manila the 4F1RWW call until September 2000 and before this operated out of Manila as DU1/DL5ZAH (1994 to 1998). I am a fan of CW operation and contest competition.
I am an active member of several Amateur Radio Clubs in the Philippines and Germany.

Direct QSL Card
recommendation:
1. Check out my ON-LINE Log book if our QSO is
logged. I make sure to verify all parameters
like Date, Time, QRG, if I cannot locate your call. To
eliminate mistakes on my site.
2. Use only IRC preferable before money. JA OM's do
not send this fancy IRBS envelopes, we can not use them in DL or DU,
they are without any value! Your card will be answered by
BUREAU.
3. If you have to send money, use 2 US$ (two US$), this is
enough to pay for an Air-Mail from Germany to anywhere for one
QSL Card only. Insert the money in the return envelope, it
is more difficult to detect it inside the second envelope.
4. Please note 1 US$ (one US$) is not enough to cover the
cost for an Air-Mail Letter from Germany. QSL arriving which do
not have sufficient founding will be answered by Buro. Two
US$ (2 US$) is the amount currently needed to cover the cost
for an air way bill letter to abroad. My QSL Manager Thomas,
DJ6OI, will strictly implement this procedure. We do not
want earn money on direct QSL request, but we do not want
spent it either. Please understand this guideline.
5. Take note of my QSL Card size 14.5cm to 10.1cm (US
amateurs attention 5.7'x4' !!!!)
and enclose an envelope what could accommodate my card.
Otherwise enclose only an address label, we do have glue and some
envelopes.
6. SWL, I am always very happy to get a QSL from a SWL and we
will take time to answer the SWL very detailed.
But make sure you catch up at least one of my QSO partners
call correctly! I prefer the old fashion way in
decoding CW..............:-)))) DX-Cluster SWL's are
cheating only themselves...
