where those interesting ham operators went? They
switched to another frequency...
Now,
many of the operators can still be heard nightly starting at about 10:30pm Pacific
Time (0630z UTC). Tune them in on LSB between
3838 kHz to 3853 kHz. You need a radio with a "BFO"
or capable of SSB.
Unlike commercial AM or
FM radio stations, Ham operators have a VFO (Variable
Frequency Oscillator) . Hams can QSY (change frequency)
whenever they like.
